With a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Romain has extensive expertise in corporate financing. He began his career at the BPCE Group, where he spent eight years supporting numerous companies in structuring their financing needs: operating needs, structured transactions, real estate and hotel projects. He has managed over \u20ac500 million in transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2025, he founded his own financing consulting firm, with the aim of providing companies with independent, agile, and tailored support.
