Raphael Smila is a Chartered Accountant and Chairman of a Family Office holding interests in real estate, industrial and technology companies.
Raphael has close to 20 years of experience in corporate finance and complex financing as well as in restructuring advisory for distressed companies.
Raphael Smila has been Chairman of Financière du Rond Point for 10 years and of the LORO Family Office for 4 years. Prior to that, he also worked in audit firms and financial companies in London.

Tarik El Aoufi

Director

Tarik is co-founder of Perpetua Investment Group, where he shapes investment strategy and growth with expertise in structured products, private equity, and long-term real estate. He began his career as a derivatives broker in London and Paris before launching BGC Dubai’s Multi-Asset All Options Desk. Tarik holds degrees from Neoma Business School and ESSEC.

Mehdi-EL-JAZOULI

Mehdi El Jazouli

Director

Mehdi El Jazouli is CEO and co-founder of Perpetua Investment Group, where he leads strategy, investments, and operations. He previously held senior trading roles at Nomura, Natixis, BNP Paribas, and served as Global Head of Precious Metals Trading at CIBC. Mehdi holds Master’s degrees from ESTP Paris and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

RomainWastiaux

Romain Wastiaux

Independent Director

With a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Romain has extensive expertise in corporate financing. He began his career at the BPCE Group, where he spent eight years supporting numerous companies in structuring their financing needs: operating needs, structured transactions, real estate and hotel projects. He has managed over €500 million in transactions.

In 2025, he founded his own financing consulting firm, with the aim of providing companies with independent, agile, and tailored support. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of economic and financial issues, he now works with executives to help them structure solutions tailored to their ambitions.
