Guillaume Bremond is a corporate finance specialist with over 12 years of experience in investment funds and investment banking. Guillaume joined Perpetua Investment Group in 2020 from UBS Investment Banking where he was Head of M&A for the MENA region. Prior to that, he worked as an M&A advisor at Deutsche Bank in London.

Axel has 12 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance and started his career in Transaction Services at EY then Exelmans for midcap transactions before joining the investment bank Clairfield International where he mainly worked on Healthcare, Softwares, Industry and Services sectors. He then worked for IVC Evidensia, Europe’s leading veterinary clinic group, as head of M&A for the French market (+20 build-ups) before joining Bryan Garnier as Vice President dedicated to the Healthcare sector and responsible in particular for the Animal Health sub-sector (clinics, petfood, petcare, services). He has been working as Director at the Investment Bank Blue Partners since 2023.

Raphael Smila is a Chartered Accountant and Chairman of a Family Office holding interests in real estate, industrial and technology companies.
Raphael has close to 20 years of experience in corporate finance and complex financing as well as in restructuring advisory for distressed companies.
Raphael Smila has been Chairman of Financière du Rond Point for 10 years and of the LORO Family Office for 4 years. Prior to that, he also worked in audit firms and financial companies in London.
